    Duties

    AIプロダクトの戦略立案から実行までを主導し、会社全体のビジョンに基づいたプロダクトロードマップを策定します。市場調査や競合分析を通じて、プロダクトの方向性を決定し、データドリブンな意思決定を行います。開発チームと密接に連携し、要件定義や仕様策定をリードし、ユーザーインタビューやデータ分析を通じてプロダクト改善を推進します。営業およびカスタマーサクセスチームと協働し、顧客ニーズを深く理解し、それを具体的なプロダクト機能に落とし込みます。また、経営層との戦略的な対話を通じて、事業成長に直接貢献し、多国籍・多職種チームをマネジメントしながら、最新のAI技術を実ビジネスに応用する役割を担います。
