    Duties

    電話自動応対サービスであるAI Messenger Voicebotの機能拡張と音声対話UXの改善に携わります。主な業務は、LLMを活用した高度な意図理解技術の研究・開発で、柔軟な発話意図理解、スムーズな終話判定、対話履歴からの自律的な改善を目指します。最新の機械学習技術のリサーチ、プロトタイプ実装、開発チームとの密な連携を通じて、音声対話サービスの革新的な機能開発に取り組みます。Python、Goを用いたモデル開発、Google Cloud Platform上でのデータ分析、機械学習アルゴリズムの実装など、技術的な挑戦と社会実装の両面から、プロダクトの価値向上に貢献します。
