We are looking for engineers and developers in the field of semiconductor and FPD (Flat Panel Display) production for the urgent expansion of the market for automation, IoT, and EV and autonomous driving of automobiles with AI semi-conductors. We are recruiting technicians for the development and production of new products for half-mirror installation/FPD installation.Duties
高速画像処理LSI、高感度CMOSイメージセンサ、X線センサなどのキーパーツに関する高密度実装技術の開発を行います。主な業務は、はんだ含む接合材料の非線形特性計測、パッケージ基板や回路基板の微細な反り形状計測、ランド形状設計の検討、半導体パッケージの実装試作と接合信頼性評価などです。実装装置を用いた新規実装プロセス技術の開発に取り組み、LSIベンダ、社内技術者、設計者、量産工場など多くのメンバーと密接に連携しながら、高い接合信頼性を実現するための技術的課題を解決します。また、最先端の分析装置や計測機器を活用し、物理現象のメカニズムを解明し、革新的な実装技術の開発に挑戦します。
