We are looking for engineers and developers in the field of semiconductor and FPD (Flat Panel Display) production for the urgent expansion of the market for automation, IoT, and EV and autonomous driving of automobiles with AI semi-conductors. We are recruiting technicians for the development and production of new products for half-mirror installation/FPD installation.Duties
半導体露光装置の性能向上のために、新規成膜加工プロセスを開発する技術者として、光学薄膜（反射防止膜やミラー）の膜特性を向上させる業務を担当します。具体的には、製品設計部門、工場部門、成膜装置開発および製造部門と連携し、膜仕様の決定から、プロセス開発、装置立ち上げ、工場部門への技術・装置引き渡しまでを一貫して行います。真空を用いたドライ成膜（スパッタリング法や化学蒸着法）に関する成膜実験、シミュレーション、膜物性の分析・評価を通じて、最先端の成膜技術の開発に取り組みます。また、グループメンバーと協力しながら技術課題の抽出と解決、実験計画の立案、新規プロセスの考案を行い、キヤノン製品のキーパーツにおける成膜性能の向上とコストダウンを実現します。
