Mechanical engineering/electrical and electronic engineering technicians are required to create, modify, and manage RRP device specifications and product work instructions, and to develop and implement wide-ranging operations management systems.Duties
たばこ製品における人間の体験価値向上を目指し、デバイス機能設計と製作、ならびにヒト体験評価を行います。具体的には、たばこ製品（RRP、シガレット）の体験に関する心理学的メカニズムを解明し、価値評価を実施します。プロトタイピングを通じて新しい評価デバイスを開発し、統計学的手法を用いてデータを分析します。研究結果に基づき、仮説の導出や新規研究開発テーマの提案を行い、分野横断型のプロジェクトにおいて他の研究員と協働しながら、革新的な研究開発に取り組みます。
