We are looking for engineers and developers in the field of semiconductor and FPD (Flat Panel Display) production for the urgent expansion of the market for automation, IoT, and EV and autonomous driving of automobiles with AI semi-conductors. We are recruiting technicians for the development and production of new products for half-mirror installation/FPD installation.Duties
キヤノンにおける射出成形部品の金型設計を担当し、カメラ、プリンタ、複写機などの高精度な部品向けに短納期の試作金型を設計します。具体的には、3DCADを使用して4方向以上のスライドを含む金型設計を行い、熱可塑性樹脂の成形予測を実施し、最適な金型設計に反映させます。部品サイズ50mm、精度±0.01のカメラ部品や、部品サイズ200mm、精度±0.03のプリンタ部品など、高い精度と短期間（4〜5日）での金型設計が求められます。また、工作機械の加工特性を理解し、最短の加工方式で金型を設計することで、生産性向上と製品開発スピードの加速に貢献します。
