    JT Group is a leading company that continues to grow as a main force product in the field of heat-not-burn/electronic tobacco (RRP), and is committed to the development of unique innovative products that utilize in-house development technology. Mechanical engineering/electrical and electronic engineering technicians are required to create, modify, and manage RRP device specifications and product work instructions, and to develop and implement wide-ranging operations management systems.

    Duties

    加熱式/電子たばこ（Ploom等）の製品開発において、試験製造およびサンプル提供のスピードアップを目指す次世代機械エンジニアとして、機械メンテナンスや機械オペレーションを中心とした業務を行います。具体的には、初期段階で試験製造を通じてたばこ製造プロセスを深く理解し、その後、機械改造や新機械導入など幅広い技術的業務に取り組みます。製造工場における品質管理、機械の制御、電気系技術の知識を活用し、製品開発の加速化と技術革新に貢献することが求められます。将来的には、機械エンジニアの中心的な役割を担い、たばこ技術開発センターの重要な戦力として成長が期待されています。
