    Duties

    医薬品製造における生産技術部門として、新製品の技術移転とスケールアップ業務を主に担当します。既存製品の品質改善や工程改善を通じて、高品質な医薬品の安定供給に貢献します。具体的には、製造プロセスの最適化、製剤技術の検討、生産性向上のための技術的課題解決に取り組みます。研究部門と協働し、製造スケールでの技術的な検証や、収率・生産性の改善を行います。GMP（医薬品の製造管理および品質管理に関する基準）に準拠した品質管理と技術開発を推進し、医薬品の安全性と信頼性を確保する重要な役割を担います。
