    HORIBA製品の据え付けとメンテナンス業務を担当し、エネルギー・環境、バイオ・ヘルスケア、先端材料・半導体の各分野で分析・計測システムの導入と保守を行います。顧客折衝、装置の正常稼働サポート、故障修理対応、設備設置と試運転、見積作成と進捗管理などの業務を通じて、最先端技術の提供と顧客ニーズへの対応を実現します。

    Duties

    HORIBAの分析・計測システムに関するフィールドエンジニアとして、エネルギー・環境、バイオ・ヘルスケア、先端材料・半導体分野における製品のメンテナンスと保守を担当します。主な業務は、顧客先での製品据え付け、トラブル対応、保守点検、故障修理、設備の動作確認と試運転、見積作成と進捗管理です。水素関連装置、自動車計測装置、環境分析装置などの幅広い製品群を対象に、顧客ニーズに応じた総合的なサービス提供と技術サポートを行います。顧客との直接的な折衝を通じて、製品の性能維持と顧客満足度向上に貢献し、最先端技術分野で重要な役割を果たします。
