    HORIBAの分析・計測システムの据え付けやメンテナンス、故障修理を担当します。エネルギー、バイオヘルスケア、先端材料・半導体分野において、顧客折衝、設備導入、動作確認、試運転、見積作成などのフィールドエンジニア業務を遂行します。

    Duties

    HORIBAの分析・計測システムを扱うフィールドエンジニアとして、エネルギー・環境、バイオ・ヘルスケア、先端材料・半導体の各分野における製品の据え付けからメンテナンス、故障修理対応を行います。具体的には、自動車計測装置、水素・燃料電池関連装置、材料試験装置、半導体関連装置などの導入時の顧客折衝、設備据え付け、試運転、動作確認を実施します。また、定期的な保守点検を通じて製品の正常稼働をサポートし、トラブル発生の未然予防や機械の性能維持に努めます。顧客のニーズを最前線で聞き取り、製品改善に関する情報収集や、リプレイスや新製品の提案活動も重要な業務となります。
