    半導体デバイスの製品開発エンジニアとして、デバイス設計、シミュレーション、パワーモジュールのパッケージ開発、試作・性能評価・解析、量産立上業務を担当します。姫路半導体工場でパワーモジュール開発からプロセス開発、製造まで一貫して取り組み、最先端の半導体技術領域で革新的な製品開発に携わります。

This time, we are recruiting system integration engineers for the new development of power devices, and we are looking for process integration engineers.

    Duties

    カーボンニュートラル社会の実現に向けて、パワーデバイス（SiC）の研究開発に従事します。主な業務は、デバイス設計とシミュレーション（TCAD）、パワーモジュールのパッケージ開発、試作品の性能評価と詳細な解析、量産立ち上げプロセスの構築です。姫路半導体工場で、デバイス設計からプロセス開発、製造までの一貫したワークフローに携わり、最先端の半導体技術領域で製品開発に貢献します。産業用機器、社会インフラ、電鉄、自動車など幅広い分野で使用されるSiCパワーデバイスの性能向上と革新的な技術開発に取り組みます。
