    The IT infrastructure engineering department of the company is looking for infrastructure engineers and infrastructure administrators who can contribute to the IT strategy of clients. By implementing infrastructure construction proposals tailored to client needs and ensuring the operation and maintenance of current systems, we contribute to the IT strategy of clients. In addition, there are many opportunities to build relationships with clients, promote the adoption of new technologies, and contribute to the growth of TIS through the acquisition and growth of client businesses.

    Duties

    大規模ECサイトやコンシューマ向けWebサービスの開発において、システム全体の設計と構築を担当します。具体的には、プロジェクトの初期段階で言語選定、フレームワーク選定、方式設計を行い、システムの基盤を構築します。新規サービス立ち上げ時には技術的な観点から最適なアーキテクチャを提案し、実装を主導します。また、既存システムの技術的負債を解消し、メンテナンス性の高いシステムへの移行を推進します。基盤チームのリーダーとして、難易度の高い技術的課題に対する検証や解決策の提示、チームメンバーのサポートも重要な役割となります。さらに、顧客との直接コミュニケーションを通じて要件を正確に把握し、最新の技術トレンドを取り入れながら、高品質で拡張性の高いシステム開発に従事します。
