    Company Info

    The IT infrastructure engineering department of the company is looking for infrastructure engineers and infrastructure administrators who can contribute to the IT strategy of clients. By implementing infrastructure construction proposals tailored to client needs and ensuring the operation and maintenance of current systems, we contribute to the IT strategy of clients. In addition, there are many opportunities to build relationships with clients, promote the adoption of new technologies, and contribute to the growth of TIS through the acquisition and growth of client businesses.

    Duties

    人材派遣業界最大手の企業向けに基幹システム開発およびSalesforce開発を担当します。主な業務は、UNIXベースのOSとOracle DBを使用し、Java、C#などのオブジェクト指向言語を用いたWeb開発を行います。SpringやSeasar2などのフレームワークを活用し、Docker、Git、Jenkins等の開発ツールを駆使してシステム開発を推進します。顧客の業務要件定義を主体的に進め、ユーザー企画部門と直接コミュニケーションを取りながら、システムの導入から定着、効果導出までを実現するプロジェクトに参画します。将来的には、より大規模な業務システムの新規開発やシステム企画にも携わり、チームのリーダーまたはプロジェクトマネージャーとして活躍することが期待されています。
