The IT infrastructure engineering department of the company is looking for infrastructure engineers and infrastructure administrators who can contribute to the IT strategy of clients. By implementing infrastructure construction proposals tailored to client needs and ensuring the operation and maintenance of current systems, we contribute to the IT strategy of clients. In addition, there are many opportunities to build relationships with clients, promote the adoption of new technologies, and contribute to the growth of TIS through the acquisition and growth of client businesses.Duties
クレジットカードシステムの運用推進を担当し、グループ会社のシステム運用作業および他アプリ/インフラの保守業務の統制と管理を行います。DevOpsのOps側の推進者として、日々の運用業務の管理と既存運用の機械化を推進します。具体的には、AIOpsやAutoOpsの導入を通じて運用プロセスの効率化と自動化に取り組み、システムの安定運用と継続的な改善を目指します。本番システムの運行に責任を持ち、顧客とのコミュニケーションを重視しながら、システム対処と運用改善に注力します。将来的には、他部門へのコンサルティングや導入コーチングを行い、組織全体の運用能力向上に貢献することを目指します。
