    Company Info

    The IT infrastructure engineering department of the company is looking for infrastructure engineers and infrastructure administrators who can contribute to the IT strategy of clients. By implementing infrastructure construction proposals tailored to client needs and ensuring the operation and maintenance of current systems, we contribute to the IT strategy of clients. In addition, there are many opportunities to build relationships with clients, promote the adoption of new technologies, and contribute to the growth of TIS through the acquisition and growth of client businesses.

    Duties

    人事系のアプリケーション開発や人事系パッケージ導入プロジェクトにおいて、顧客の人事業務の効率化と革新を支援します。具体的には、SaaS型人事給与サービス、勤怠サービス、人材管理サービスの提案から導入までを一貫してリードします。50人月規模の案件においてプロジェクトリーダーとして全工程を推進し、顧客の課題に対する具体的な解決方法の提示、IT技術面での実現性検討、運用体制の策定を行います。また、上流工程から参画し、顧客企業の人事労務管理の改善に向けた方針検討や提案を行い、ITを活用した戦略的な人材活用の実現をサポートします。
