    The IT infrastructure engineering department of the company is looking for infrastructure engineers and infrastructure administrators who can contribute to the IT strategy of clients. By implementing infrastructure construction proposals tailored to client needs and ensuring the operation and maintenance of current systems, we contribute to the IT strategy of clients. In addition, there are many opportunities to build relationships with clients, promote the adoption of new technologies, and contribute to the growth of TIS through the acquisition and growth of client businesses.

    Duties

    顧客システムの運用保守とインフラ構築を主に担当し、障害対応、パフォーマンス管理、可用性の確保を行います。IaC（Infrastructure as Code）やAnsibleなどの技術を活用し、運用作業の自動化を推進します。クラウド環境（AWS、Azure、OCIなど）における基盤構築、システムの信頼性向上、技術的課題の解決に取り組みます。顧客との密接なコミュニケーションを通じて、新技術の導入や非機能要件の改善を牽引し、ITインフラの最適化と継続的な改善を実現します。また、ステークホルダーとの協働を重視し、システムの安定稼働と顧客満足度の向上に貢献します。
