    Company Info

    The IT infrastructure engineering department of the company is looking for infrastructure engineers and infrastructure administrators who can contribute to the IT strategy of clients. By implementing infrastructure construction proposals tailored to client needs and ensuring the operation and maintenance of current systems, we contribute to the IT strategy of clients. In addition, there are many opportunities to build relationships with clients, promote the adoption of new technologies, and contribute to the growth of TIS through the acquisition and growth of client businesses.

    Duties

    TISインテックグループの澪標アナリティクス社において、AI・データ分析領域のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、PoC及びAIモデル構築案件を推進します。クライアントの業種（金融、製造、ヘルスケアなど）に応じて、データ利活用に関するコンサルティングワークを統括し、顧客課題の抽出から事業戦略立案までを支援します。具体的には、生成AIを活用したナレッジ検索の高度化、レコメンドアルゴリズムの開発、画像解析による設備診断、異常検知システムの構築、顧客分析など、幅広い領域でデータサイエンティストをコントロールしながらプロジェクトを推進します。また、統計学・機械学習の知見を活用し、経営層への提案資料作成やプレゼンテーションを行い、顧客のビジネス変革を支援します。
