商社・コンシューマービジネスユニットにおいて、総合商社や専門商社、卸業界、小売り、流通、食品飲料、消費財業界のクライアント企業に対して戦略コンサルティングを提供します。主な業務内容は、トレードビジネス改革・再編、バリューチェーン創造、事業投資先のバリューアップ、事業共創スキーム構築、人的資本経営などの領域で、クライアントの経営課題解決に取り組みます。具体的には、データ＆AIを活用したトレーディング・サプライチェーンの高度化、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、新規事業開発、サーキュラーエコノミー型バリューチェーン創造、事業投資のデューデリジェンスとPMI、GXをテーマにした社会課題解決型の新規事業開発などを行います。
