クライアントのバック・ミドル業務における組織・システム・業務変革を支援し、BPOストラテジーを立案・実行します。具体的には、クライアントの業務分析、最適なソリューションデザイン、BPOサービスの移行計画・管理・実行を行います。戦略コンサルティングやソリューションコンサルティングを通じて、クライアントへの提案活動、アカウントマネジメント、デリバリーセンターマネジメント、プロジェクトリーダー管理などを担当します。さらに、デジタルツールの開発・導入も行い、クライアントのビジネスプロセスの継続的な最適化と変革を実現するための包括的なサポートを提供します。
