    Duties

    金融業界における大手金融機関やFinTech企業に対して、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を中心としたコンサルティングプロジェクトを遂行します。具体的には、DX企画支援として、中長期ロードマップ策定、ITコスト削減企画、ITガバナンス確立支援、業務改善、モバイル活用戦略、データドリブン経営構想策定などを行います。さらに、DX推進支援として、大規模プロジェクトのPMO支援、業務システム・パッケージ導入支援、情報系システムやBIソリューション導入、コンタクトセンター改革、サステナビリティ関連サービスの企画立案、海外事務・システム統合支援などを実施します。
