    電動車（EV・HEV）向けインバーター・パワーモジュールの生産技術に関わる重要な業務を担当します。主な業務は、工程設計と設備仕様の検討であり、最先端の電動パワートレイン製品の生産技術開発に携わります。具体的には、PLCプログラミング、PCプログラミング、2D・3D CADを用いた機械設計、シミュレーション解析を行います。また、画像処理、Deep learning、IoT技術、要素技術開発など、幅広い技術領域で innovation を追求します。設計部門、品質保証部門、設備メーカーと直接連携し、工程の評価と検証を行い、低コストで高性能な電動車向け製品の生産技術確立に貢献します。
