    電動車用モータの生産技術分野において、ステータとロータの工法開発、工程設計、設備開発、設備立上げに従事します。具体的には、新しい生産工法の検討と検証、量産手順の明確化、設備仕様書の作成、設備メーカとの協力による設計仕様の具体化、開発した設備の動作検証と品質確認を行います。また、グローバルな自動車メーカー向けに先進的な電動パワートレイン製品の生産技術を確立し、環境負荷低減に貢献する最先端の技術開発に携わります。関係部門や取引先との密接なコミュニケーションを通じて、電動車モータの生産技術の革新に挑戦します。
