    電動車(EV/HEV)用モータの量産品質管理およびライン立ち上げを担当します。主な業務は、量産品質トラブルへの対応として、現品解析、データ解析、合否判断を行います。新規量産立ち上げ時には、製品寸法測定、性能測定、工程監査を実施し、品質管理体制を構築します。さらに、北米・中国などの海外拠点と連携し、グローバルな品質管理を遂行します。自動車メーカーと直接やり取りし、品質情報の連絡や問題解決に取り組み、電動パワートレイン製品の品質向上に貢献します。
