Duties
二輪車用ディスクブレーキの高性能化と品質向上を目指し、材料の調査、選定、開発を行います。具体的には、金属、樹脂、ゴム、複合材料を駆使して、耐熱性、摩耗摩擦特性、安定性に優れたブレーキ部品の開発に携わります。最先端の試験装置や分析装置を用いて、材料評価や製品特性評価を実施し、ディスクブレーキ、ブレーキパッド、ブレーキピストン用シール部品などの開発プロセスを管理します。また、社内外の関係者と密接にコミュニケーションを取りながら、二輪車の安全性と快適性向上に貢献する革新的な製品開発に取り組みます。
