    Duties

    みずほフィナンシャルグループの海外IT部門において、ServiceNowインスタンスの管理・運用を主導します。具体的には、海外ユーザー向けaPaaS（ServiceNow）プラットフォームのアーキテクチャ設計、最適化、開発案件の統制を行います。プラットフォームオーナーとして、IT投資管理、ITサービスマネジメント、セキュリティオペレーションなど、数～十数の機能の管理・運用を担当します。海外拠点やベンダーとの定期的な会議（週1〜2回）を通じて、ステークホルダーとの連携を図り、グローバルな観点からインスタンスの効率的な運用とベストプラクティスの導入を推進します。
