    Duties

    サステナブル・ファイナンス実行支援業務として、SDGsの最新動向を踏まえ、発行体のサステナビリティ戦略推進をファイナンス面から支援します。大企業のグリーン/ソーシャルボンド発行に向けて、カバレッジやDCMと連携し、官公庁や外部評価機関との交渉・調整を行います。さらに、発行体の経営・事業課題を科学的知見も含めて分析し、株式・債券引受、M&A、流動化・証券化などの金融プロダクツを通じて、サステナビリティを起点とした成長戦略や事業ポートフォリオの再構築を支援します。最新のサステナビリティトレンドを分析し、グループのビジネス機会創出に向けた戦略立案も担います。
