    Duties

    半導体製造装置の装置開発部門において、プロセスモジュールのエレキ設計を担当します。主な業務は、成膜装置やドライエッチング装置の電気系設計と開発です。具体的には、真空ゲージ、MFC、真空ポンプ、バルブ類、サセプター、高周波電源、マッチャー、プラズマ計測機器などの周辺I/O機器の設計を行います。CPUやフィールドネットワーク、I/Oボード、FPGA設計、安全設計、ノイズ対策などの専門的な技術開発に従事し、チームメンバーと協力しながら装置の性能向上と革新的な技術開発に貢献します。顧客との対話や海外チームとの連携、技術仕様の策定、特許出願なども重要な業務範囲となります。
