製薬メーカーにおける臨床試験の実行と管理を主な業務とし、CRO（医薬品開発業務受託機関）のマネジメントを行います。具体的には、新薬開発における臨床試験の計画立案、プロトコル作成、試験実施施設との調整、データ収集・管理、試験進捗のモニタリング、安全性情報の評価、規制当局への申請資料準備などを担当します。グローバル開発プロジェクトに参画し、海外の研究者や関係者と英語でコミュニケーションを取りながら、臨床試験の品質管理と効率的な推進を目指します。また、試験データの分析、医学的解釈、報告書作成など、新薬開発における重要な役割を果たします。
