    3Dアクションゲームの企画・開発において、プロジェクト全体の統括と方向性の決定を担当します。ゲームの基本コンセプト策定から、ゲームメカニクスの設計、ストーリー構築、キャラクター設定、ゲームバランスの調整まで、幅広い業務を遂行します。チームメンバーとの綿密な打ち合わせを通じて、クリエイティブなアイデアを具現化し、プレイヤーに革新的で魅力的なゲーム体験を提供することを目指します。また、技術チームやアートチームとの密接な連携を図り、ゲームの品質向上と開発効率の最適化に取り組みます。
