    Duties

    液晶用光学フィルムの生産技術開発において、高分子材料の特性を活かした製造プロセスの最適化と革新的な技術開発に従事します。具体的には、化学・化学工学の専門知識を活用し、製造設備の改良、生産効率の向上、品質管理システムの構築を行います。新規材料の研究開発、生産工程におけるコスト削減、環境負荷低減技術の探求、製造プロセスのデジタル化・自動化の推進など、最先端の技術を駆使して製品の品質と生産性を追求します。また、既存の生産技術の分析と改善、新たな製造方法の検討、実験データの解析、技術レポートの作成なども重要な業務となります。
