    Duties

    化学プラントにおけるエンジニアリング業務として、高性能樹脂の製造プロセスの設計、最適化、管理を担当します。具体的には、ポリアセタール、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、液晶ポリマーなどのエンジニアリングプラスチックの生産工程の効率化、品質管理、設備改善に取り組みます。製造プロセスの分析、生産性向上のための技術的検討、新製法の研究開発、設備投資の企画立案、安全管理や環境対策などを含む幅広い業務を遂行します。また、国内外の生産拠点との技術連携や、顧客ニーズに応じた製品開発サポートも重要な役割となります。
