    Duties

    半導体製造装置の量産設計に携わり、高度な電気技術を駆使して製品の設計、開発、改良を行います。具体的には、半導体製造プロセスに必要な電気回路の設計、装置の性能最適化、信頼性向上のための技術的検討、新技術の調査と実装を行います。設計段階では、電気システムの詳細設計、シミュレーション、プロトタイピング、実機検証を通じて、高精度かつ効率的な製造装置の開発に貢献します。また、既存装置の改良や、新たな製造技術に対応するための電気システムの革新的な設計にも取り組みます。
