化学分野における先端的な計算科学研究開発に従事し、新素材や新プロセスの設計、シミュレーション技術の開発、および革新的な製品開発を行います。具体的には、量子化学計算や分子動力学シミュレーションを用いて、新規機能性材料の特性予測、反応メカニズムの解析、プロセス最適化などに取り組みます。また、最新のコンピューターシミュレーション技術を活用し、実験と計算科学を融合させた研究開発を推進し、材料科学や化学プロセスの革新的な breakthrough を目指します。さらに、得られた研究成果を社内外の研究チームと共有し、新たな製品開発や技術イノベーションにつなげる重要な役割を担います。
