技術開発部の生産革新グループにおいて、高性能樹脂の製造プロセスの改善および革新的な生産技術の開発に従事します。具体的には、ポリアセタール、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、液晶ポリマーなどのエンジニアリングプラスチックの生産効率向上のための技術検討、生産ラインの最適化、新たな製造方法の研究開発を行います。データ分析技術を活用し、生産設備の稼働状況や品質管理のモニタリング、予防保全システムの構築、生産プロセスにおけるロス削減や省エネルギー化の企画立案を行います。また、グローバル展開を見据えた生産技術の標準化や、新技術の導入検討、生産革新に関する社内外の技術交流や調査研究も重要な業務となります。
