非鉄金属製錬およびリサイクルプロセスにおける技術マネジメント業務を担当します。具体的には、小名浜製錬所における金属製錬プロセスの技術改善、効率化、およびリサイクル技術の開発と最適化に従事します。製錬プロセスの革新的な技術開発、環境負荷低減のための新技術導入、生産性向上のための分析と改善提案、最新のデジタル技術を活用したプロセス管理、さらには企業の経営改革（CX、DX、HRX）に貢献する技術戦略の立案と実行が求められます。また、国内外の拠点との技術連携や、持続可能な金属製錬・リサイクルシステムの構築に向けた取り組みも重要な役割となります。
