定置用蓄電池システムの製品開発において、構造設計および機械設計を担当します。主な業務は、数メートルサイズの蓄電システムコンテナや筐体の設計、3次元CADを用いた詳細設計、CAEによる強度解析、構造物の性能評価試験の計画と実施です。具体的には、屋外・屋内キュービクル等の筐体設計、熱マネジメント分野の製品開発、伝熱工学や流体力学の観点から蓄電システムの設計を行います。さらに、FMEA、DRBFM、FTAなどの品質管理手法を活用し、製品の信頼性と安全性を確保する設計業務を遂行します。機械工学、材料力学、金属材料に関する専門知識を駆使し、持続可能な社会に貢献する革新的な蓄電システムの開発に携わります。
