    Duties

    次世代電池の生産技術開発と生産準備に従事し、高性能かつ安全な車載用電池の製造プロセスを確立する業務を担当します。主な業務には、機械工学や化学工学の知識を活用した電池製造技術の研究開発、生産設備の設計・改良、溶接技術や材料加工技術の最適化、製造プロセスのデータ分析と改善が含まれます。また、材料選定から量産準備までの一貫したプロセス開発、ITツールを用いたシミュレーションや制御システムの構築、グローバル展開を見据えた生産技術の革新的な開発も求められます。電池の安全性、品質、信頼性の向上を目指し、持続可能な社会の実現に貢献する先端的な生産技術の確立を目指します。
