ZENKIGENのQAエンジニアとして、コミュニケーション解析AIプロダクト「harutaka」と「コレドウ目標設定」の品質保証に携わります。主な業務は、AIシステムの機能テスト、性能評価、信頼性検証、セキュリティ確認などです。マルチモーダルデータを扱うAIサービスの特性を理解し、採用領域や目標達成支援システムにおける複雑な検証シナリオの設計と実行を行います。テスト自動化ツールの開発、テスト戦略の立案、バグ検出と修正プロセスの最適化、開発チームとの密接な連携によるプロダクト品質向上に取り組みます。
