    エンジニアチームのマネジメントを中心に、組織全体の成長と技術的な課題解決を担当します。具体的には、エンジニアに対する1on1ミーティングの実施、個人の目標設定、組織設計、チーム内の心理的安全性の確保に取り組みます。また、事業目標に沿った開発プロジェクトの計画策定、開発プロセスの継続的な改善、技術的な課題解決を行います。採用戦略の立案と推進、エンジニア育成のための制度設計、社内外での広報活動も重要な役割となります。さらに、他部門、事業責任者、経営陣との密接なコミュニケーションを通じて、組織全体の技術戦略と事業目標の整合性を確保し、チームの生産性と技術力の向上を目指します。
