Duties
高機能バイオ炭「宙炭」の研究開発において、微生物や遺伝子を扱う複合的な業務を行います。主な業務は、宙炭の機能向上に関わる研究開発プロジェクトの推進で、微生物データベース作成のための培養試験、遺伝子実験を中心に展開します。具体的には、ピペット操作やクリーンベンチでの無菌操作、微生物の純粋培養、単菌分離、微生物数測定、DNA抽出、PCR実験、微生物同定などを行います。顕微鏡、サーマルサイクラー、分光光度計などの専門機器を使用し、土壌微生物の研究も含めた高度な実験を通じて、新製品開発と機能改善に貢献します。
