    Duties

    CX改善プラットフォーム「Sprocket」のバックエンド開発において、データ分析基盤の構築・運用・保守を中心に、接客基盤の整備、ETL処理の実装、データウェアハウスの設計を担当します。Go、Scala、Pythonなどの開発言語を用いて、AWS/GCPクラウド環境でマイクロサービスのアーキテクチャを設計し、EKS/ECSを活用したコンテナオーケストレーションを実施します。BigQuery、Kinesis、Spannerなどの最新技術を駆使し、パフォーマンスチューニング、モニタリング、アラート対応を行います。また、Terraformを使用したインフラ構築、データベース管理、継続的な技術革新と改善を通じて、顧客心理を読み解く次世代デジタルマーケティングプラットフォームの開発に貢献します。
