    自社SaaS製品「カイクラ」の運用監視・保守業務を担当します。システム間連携機能の運用監視とSRE（Site Reliability Engineering）の仕組み改善を行い、製品の品質向上とセキュリティ強化に取り組みます。主な業務には、Laravel、PHP、JavaScriptを使用したシステム保守、Linux環境での運用管理、クラウド基盤（FJcloud、AWS、IBM）の管理、他社システムとの連携機能の運用監視が含まれます。また、システムの導入支援や移行作業、軽微な開発作業も行い、常に最新技術を取り入れながら企業価値の創造に貢献します。
