    Gaudiyのデータチームにおいて、Gaudiy Fanlink及びMyAnimeListから得られる大量の行動データと嗜好データを分析し、ユーザー体験の向上と新たな価値創出を目指します。主な業務は、A/Bテストや因果推論に基づく効果検証、レコメンドシステムとマッチングアルゴリズムの開発、マーケティング施策の分析と最適化、機械学習基盤の構築などです。プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、コミュニティマネージャー、マーケターと連携し、データドリブンな意思決定を支援し、生成AIを活用したプロダクトグロース戦略の推進を行います。Python、GCP、機械学習ツールを用いて、ファンコミュニティプラットフォームの価値を最大化する分析と施策立案を担当します。
