    TIER IV aims to promote the popularization and democratization of autonomous driving technology, provide support for the development and operation of the open-source software (OSS) autonomous driving suite 'Autoware', and provide services such as development support, simulation, and systems. We provide Pilot.Auto and Web.Auto, and support the development and operation of autonomous driving vehicles and systems.

    Duties

    Autowareおよび関連ソフトウェアの開発と導入に従事し、自動運転技術の研究開発を行います。主な業務は、Planning/Control、Sensing/Perception、Localizationの各機能チームでの開発、国内外の顧客向けに自動運転機能の開発、統合、運用、評価を行います。具体的には、自動運転システムのアルゴリズム開発、センサーデータの処理、自動車の走行制御、障害物検知、位置特定技術の改善に取り組みます。また、Autoware開発環境の継続的な改善を通じて、自動運転ソフトウェアの効率性とパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。
