    Duties

    NTT東日本の次世代ネットワークサービス（Multi Interconnect、APN IOWN等）を支える業務オペレーションシステムの開発をリードする業務を担当します。具体的には、DX・AIを活用して、現在の人手中心のフロント・バックヤード業務を徹底的に効率化し、ゼロタッチオペレーションを実現するためのシステム開発に従事します。要件定義、設計、テスト、移行、運用保守など開発全般のプロジェクト管理を行い、開発ベンダや業務部門との密接なコミュニケーションを通じてプロジェクトを推進します。また、導入システムの運用定着に向けた習熟支援や、多岐にわたるステークホルダーとの協働を通じて、次世代のネットワークサービスインフラ構築に貢献します。
