    Duties

    メディカルシステム開発センターにおいて、レーザ内視鏡の新規開発プロジェクトを推進します。先端技術であるセンシング、画像処理、メカトロ、IT技術を統合し、革新的な内視鏡診断システムを開発します。具体的には、医療現場のニーズを深く理解し、各国の医療機器法規制に準拠した製品開発を行います。医師と密接に連携しながら、筐体設計、機構設計、光学設計、精密加工装置設計などの技術的側面を担当し、高度な医療ソリューションの創出に貢献します。プロジェクトリーダーとして、技術的課題の解決、チームマネジメント、イノベーションの推進を重要な役割とします。
