    Duties

    産業および自動車向けのシステムオンチップ（SoC）プラットフォームにおけるLinuxおよびAndroidサポートを専門とするフィールドアプリケーションマネージャーとして、顧客との技術的な接点を担当します。主な業務は、顧客に対する技術的なガイダンスと支援、LinuxおよびAndroidオペレーティングシステムの各種SoCデバイスへの実装と最適化のサポートです。具体的には、顧客の技術的な問い合わせへの対応、複雑な技術的課題の診断と解決、パフォーマンス最適化、ドライバー互換性の確保、システム安定性の改善を行います。また、技術文書の作成、トレーニングセッションの実施、クロスファンクショナルチームとの協力を通じて、顧客フィードバックを製品改善に反映させる役割を担っています。
