    Duties

    SUBARUのバッテリーシステム開発部において、電動車の価値向上を実現するための車載用電池開発に従事します。主な業務は、車載用電池の技術動向調査、性能・品質・コストを考慮した調達戦略の検討、電池システムの開発・設計指針の提案、信頼性および性能評価を行います。さらに、先行技術開発として小型電池の試作評価、シミュレーションモデルを用いた電池性能・劣化予測、使用済み電池のリユース・リサイクル技術の検討も行います。電池評価設備や化学分析装置、シミュレーションソフトウェアを活用し、他部署と協調してプロジェクトマネジメントも担当します。
