    Duties

    ディスプレイソリューション開発センターにおいて、次世代ディスプレイ材料の研究開発に従事します。LCD、有機ELディスプレイ、電子ペーパーなどの薄型ディスプレイ用材料の開発を中心に、高度な材料設計と性能向上に取り組みます。具体的には、従来の「広視野角」「高色再現性」「高速応答」といった基本特性に加え、超高精細、3D表示、タッチパネル、イメージセンサー用材料の研究開発を行います。また、フレキシブルディスプレイや次世代デバイス関連材料の探索と開発、樹脂フィルムの革新的な材料設計も担当します。顧客ニーズを的確に捉え、最先端の高付加価値材料を創出することが求められる、非常にチャレンジングな研究開発業務です。
