半導体実装材料、特に感光性絶縁膜および絶縁膜の研究開発を担当します。具体的には、クリーンルームおよび物理実験室において、材料の設計・合成から評価・分析・解析までの一連のプロセスを遂行します。世界的な競争力のある電子材料の開発を目指し、海外サイトとも協力しながら、半導体製造に不可欠な最先端材料の研究開発に従事します。入社後は実担当者として材料開発に取り組み、将来的にはチームのサブリーダーやリーダーとして組織を牽引することが期待されています。日常生活に欠かせない半導体技術の進化に直接貢献できる、非常にチャレンジングな役割です。
